they are only coming with the basic framing, has anyone built one ? how much did you spend by the time you had it all finished, including plumbing , electric interior finishing like kitchens and bathrooms, doors , i want to know how much i would need to complete the project.

Are you building this yourself? First off, why did you not get pricing from trades people before you bought a log home package. I can’t imagine a mortgage company or a bank has given any type of financing with out complete construction cost. And if you are doing this out of pocket how do you know you can afford to build.
As far as cost go, in the area I live COMPLETE log home construction cost average about $150 to $165 a square foot. This includes a package. And that is basing cost on average well depth and average septic design.
