How can I log off my Yahoo account from a different PC if my PC at home is set to stay on, on that PC?

On my PC at home I am logged on to Yahoo, I selected the button to allow my account to open every time that my PC was switched on. I am now serving abroad with the Army and forgot to Log out of Yahoo. How can I log out so that my PC at home does not show all of my E-mails and stuff?

Just log off –(sign out)–of your account, from where ever you are now.
That will override any previous commands, and lock your account.
