How do I keep Yahoo as my home page? Every time I log on to the internet, blank page keeps coming up?

Every time I log on to the internet, blank page (safetyonline) keeps coming up. I have tried to change it in internet options but it will not stay.

      For internet explorer go to tools internet explorer go to tools internet options type the address you want as your home page click ok if you have problem with the address you have problem with the page reverting back scan your home page click ok if you have problem with the address you have.
      For internet explorer go to tools internet options type the address you have problem with the address you have problem with the page reverting back scan.
