How much to built a log home/square foot?

I am looking at having a log home built, and know the cost of the materials, but was curious what a ballpark figure I can expect to pay to have it constructed? The home is about 2300 square feet and will be in the Knoxville, Tennessee area.

      The finished id say figure between 150 300 square foot for less.

      The insurance for one first here it is really high and that some companies want even insure them.
