I have to log in twice to open my home page, any advise?

Hi

Can anyone advise why my bt home page requires me to log on twice, I type my user name and password then a second screen appears asking me for the info again.

Then a little while longer I get a message telling me I’ve logged on elswhere and my home page goes and I get the standard yahoo page.

It’s driving me mad!, any help appreciated.

      If you are using the New Mail it has the same chat feature as the messenger, you can only be signed in to one at a time.You can disable chat in the mail.Also if you are signed into your cell phone.
