Is there a way to make a chart/table online that my employees that work from home can log their sales? ?

I have 4 employees that work from home and I wanted to create a blog or online chart for them to write their sales for the day each day of the week. The employees in the office write their numbers up on a whiteboard so it’s encouraging to try to write more than the other guy……how is it possible to get a blog I guess that only the employees can log in and change and log their sales?

      they have what you call google apps. Its Microsoft word, excel, powerpoints, etc all online.
