Resale value of log home and manufactured homes?

I am looking at a piece of property with a prefabricated home and would like to build a log home on the same lot. What are the resale values for these two types of homes? The closest attraction is a golf course.

      An general idea of what the resale values might be but if there arent many log homes you find local appraiser if you live in.

      Log Homes are much more desirable.

      Manufactured Homes are much harder to resell. They start looking sort of trailer-like pretty quickly.

      Log Homes are enduring.
