When it comes to trying to get plannign permission for a holiday retreat on a piece of your own rural land with no prior planning permission. Is it easier or the same difficulty in trying to obtain planning for a log cabin built, or a luxury caravn sited?

      Ring up your local council, they will be only too pleased to advise you.
      Don`t take risks with a thing like this.
