What are the best log homes you can purchase on the market today in the north eastern Pennsylvania region?

Looking to build a medium size log home in the Montrose, PA area. It would be at least three bedrooms with minimum two baths, loft space, cathedral ceiling over dining and living areas with an eat in kitchen. May consider a full basement with attached two car garage and of course full decking all around. Have no idea of the cost at this time and just getting a feel for whats out there. will be looking for a contracter who is reliable.
