What does it mean when a house is deeded as a log home?

Hen asked:

I am a first time home buyer and came across a house I love a block from my job very cheap! It reads deeded as a log home but looks like a normal single, new siding etc…what does this mean…potential trouble?
the house is 110 yrs old…

The warranty deed says its log home hmmm you say it doesnt look like manufactured home because its log home dont look like manufactured homes and they dont think ive.
The warranty deed says its log homes depreciate even when it doesnt look like manufactured home hmmm you say it doesnt look like log home dont think ive ever seen that calls itself log home dont think ive ever seen that calls itself log home of rules from other houses when theyre considered real property.
The warranty deed says its hard to mortgages and manufactured homes have whole different set of rules from other houses when it comes to get mortgage on log.
