Everytime I try to open an Outlook account at home it doesn’t work. It is unable to complete any task and reports errors everytime. I have never had any problems w. MSN or Yahoo acounts for years. We have endless Outlook problems at work too but the Boss is brainwashed into thinking it’s the best. How can I make it work at home?

What you need to do is in Outlook goto tools then accounts, then click new mail. enter your email address at work, your boss should be able to tell you what your SMTP server address is. enter your password and there you go, all done
