Where do I go to find out how to make my Vista log in go to my Yahoo home page?

Windows XP brought me right to my Yahoo homepage and I did not have to login to my e-mail account. Can Vista do the same thing?

Can my Yahoo home page pick up my username when I log into my Vista profile.

      1) Go to tools (in your internet page)

      2) Click on Internet Options

      3) Type in and click Ok

      4) Exit internet and go on again
