Why is having a log home built so cheap?

I saw an advertisement for them in a local paper. The most expenive model wasn’t even more then 30,000. What is the catch here? ;) Does this include electric, plumbing, and flooring as well? It just seems too good to be true.

      The wood overall due to finish interior walls thats mainly insulation by volume it can come straight from the forest.
